Hi! We are Brad and Karla Alton.

It may have been our love for Excel spreadsheets or perhaps our drive to win at Texas Hold ‘Em that originally brought us together. We’ve now been married for 20 years and still really enjoy being together. We have a great deal in common including our love for real estate.

We purchased our first rental property in 2005 and have accumulated a number of furnished apartments in the Edmonton area. Our goal was to provide clean, comfortable accommodations that we would be happy to stay in ourselves.

Brad works in Commercial real estate and I work in the technology field. As this keeps us quite occupied, it is important to have help from a team who will take great care of our rentals. We have entrusted AG Property Services with that great task. Working together, we try to make our residents stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. The motto of Edmonton Furnished Rentals has been “just bring your suitcase!” for the last 17 years.
